Why did I not receive a match today?

Receiving no offer today is normal. The system only generates a match when a compatible person is available. It retries automatically each day.

How does photo sharing work?

Photos are private by default. A photo is only visible when both people in a conversation have explicitly chosen to share it. You can also revoke sharing at any time.

Do I need an invite code?

Yes. GetMyWink is a closed platform. You need an invite code to register. If you do not have one, you can join the waitlist and we will notify you when access is available in your city.

What is a subscription?

A subscription is required to receive daily matches and use the chat. You can complete your profile without a subscription.

How do I close a conversation?

You can close a conversation at any time from the chat screen. The other person will receive a neutral notification. Both of you will be eligible for a new match the following day.

How do I pause my profile?

You can pause your profile from Settings. While paused, you will not receive matches and will not appear to others. You can resume at any time.
